I've tried several tools made by WooCommerce but they didn't meet my needs. So, this add-on was my last hope. To make the long story short, I am satisfied with it. I spent some time to sort everything out and set it up, but for a free solution, this add-on is quite a good one. By the way, you need a mailing service to use this tool, just in case you didn't know.

I have been using this add-on for about a year. And until the last update, I always had some problems with it. Sometimes it didn't send my emails at all, sometimes it started sent my emails from the 3d one. So, it demanded a lot of patience to work with this add-on! But everything has changed. I don't know what you've done but this is a miracle! Finally, I can be sure that my emails are sending and delivered without issues! Now I can recommend this plugin as one of the best free solutions! After the latest update, this plugin starts working much better. I also changed my mailing service. And as a result, all my emails are delivered and I see that people really come back to finish their purchases. Once again, I became convinced of how much depends on the proper settings!

Great idea, unfortunately, the execution is not there yet. The limitation of only working with manually entered email address is beyond my comprehension as the form is submitted one way or the other, as well as the missing chance to recover previously abandoned carts (prior install), and/or inability to enter email addresses manually especially when they can be exported easily enough from the orders list.

I guess that such add-ons as this one are basic for any dropshipping store. People often add items to the cart and then suddenly go away. Why should you as an businessman accept it and not to try to change this situation? I don’t want to lose my money and Abandoned cart is an excellent tool to do help me with it.
