Terms of Service for Custom Stores

Shortly after you select the package and make a 100% payment, you will be contacted by a personal support manager. This dedicated team member will get in touch with you within 24 hours after the purchase (if you placed the order on Saturday or Sunday, your manager will contact you on Monday).
Your personal manager will guide you through all the steps of your project. We’ll be using AliDropship Survey software to share ideas, gather feedback, and track progress during the project.

AliDropship Plugin
AliDropship plugin comes in 2 versions: AliDropship original plugin and AliDropship Woo plugin. Depending on your personal preferences, skills and business aims, you may choose either one of these versions. There is no possibility to change the version during the project, otherwise you will need to reinstall your WordPress and start your website from scratch.
AliDropship plugin allows importing products to your store directly from AliExpress and updating the suppliers’ info on the price, stock availability, etc. automatically. With the plugin, your website gets all the features you need to run and manage a fully functional online store.
Theme
You can choose one of 7 AliDropship themes for your project. These themes define the appearance of your store, make it SEO-friendly, and let it work properly on both mobile devices and desktop PCs. Some themes are compatible with AliDropship original plugin, while others suit the Woo version of AliDropship plugin only. All the themes developed by AliDropship company are free for you. Please note that Custom Store can be created with one of these themes only: El Greco, El Greco Woo, Raphael, DaVinci 2.0, DaVinci 2.0 Woo, Dali, Smart Theme. If you need more information, feel free contact your project manager.
Please note: the theme can not be changed after your confirmation and the layout also can not be changed. It will be exactly the same as demo websites.
Domain name
The domain name is included in the purchase. You will be provided with the list of 3-5 niche-related domains to choose from. All the domains we offer are brand new and located in .shop/store zone. After your site is completed, the domain name will be transferred to your NameCheap account. We will create it for you. After a year, you need to renew your domain and hosting.
If the price of the domain exceeds $5, you can buy it by yourself. If you decide to change the domain name after the confirmation, there will be an additional service charge.
Hosting
The hosting service is not included in the purchase. You may choose any hosting provider you like or use our hosting solution https://work10.alidropship.com/hosting. Please take a look at main hosting requirements https://help.work10.alidropship.com/installation/system-requirements/. You will need to provide your hosting cPanel access.
Please note:
- you need to pay for hosting services on a monthly or yearly basis. We do not store your site data. If you don’t pay for your hosting, your site will be suspended and the information will be lost.
- Bluehost supports only the following extensions .com, co, org, net, us, info, biz.
Product Categories
We help to select categories for your website according to your niche. Your manager will discuss it with you first, and we will start adding categories after your confirmation. We don’t change categories during the time of your store creation. Once your project is completed, you can add or remove categories by yourself.
Design
All AliDropship themes feature fully responsive design and conversion-optimized interface. You will be provided with custom design that will include:
- Logo design (you will be provided with 2 options)
- Header images design (images will be created according to your requirements in your survey)
- Favicon and other design elements (revisions are not possible)
If you need more revisions, please check our additional services.
The structure of the templates is not changeable and there is no possibility to use third-party themes.
Home Page Texts
We create and add a short home page text telling about your store and products.
Pricing Markup Formula
We set up the pricing markup formula in your store according to our standards. We recommend aiming for a profit margin between 40% and 70%. If you have your own formula in mind, we can also set it up. You need to confirm this step before we start importing products.
Products
Our content managers will manually choose, upload and edit products for you. The amount of products we add to your store depends on the package:
- Basic – 50 items
- Advanced – 100 items
- Ultimate – 200 items
- Supreme – 500 items
We select highly demanded and popular items from the most trusted AliExpress sellers only.
We stick to specific standards of choosing and editing products. When choosing items for your store, we usually consider such criteria as:
- The number of orders on AliExpress
- Product rating
- Seller’s rating
- Free shipping + AliExpress Standard Shipping (It’s often available for free or costs around $1-$3)
Why do we choose AliExpress Standard Shipping?
– Tracking is available so you can easily track your package when it’s shipped.
– Available for most of the suppliers on AliExpress (depends on the country)
– Products are packed in good quality packaging
*Due to customs issues, it may take more time for the order delivery.
Please note: if there are not many products on AliExpress that match your niche, we can choose some new products with a small number of orders and reviews. In any case, they will be supplied by reliable and trusted sellers only!
When editing products’ descriptions, we will:
- Edit titles to make them short and appealing and to include your main keywords into them
- Add informative product descriptions.
Please note: we don’t create new description texts and don’t write sales copies. To create these descriptions, we only use the information about the items’ specifics originally provided by AliExpress suppliers. Edit all the shipping attributes, change China to Outside US, United States to Inside US.
Please note: shipping attributes on product pages in AliDropship Woo plugin cannot be removed due to platform restrictions.
- Edit all the featured/gallery/description/variation images, remove the original logos and brand names from them, use only high quality pictures.
Please note: if you want to change some items after we added them to your site, we can offer one revision that covers 10% of the total quantity of the uploaded products. After your site is completed, you can easily add more products with the help of AliDropship plugin that is integrated into your site, or with the catalog of professionally pre-edited AliExpress products. The number of products you can import is only limited by the disk space on your hosting and the WordPress / WooCommerce functionality. For AliDropship + WordPress platform, it is recommended having not more than 2,000 items, for AliDropship Woo + WooCommerce – not more than 500 items.
Reviews
We will import real product reviews from AliExpress.com. You can always remove or add new reviews by yourself after the project is finished.
Please note: we import reviews without pictures to be sure they look credible and trustworthy.
Payment Gateways
There are 2 options to accept buyers’ payments: PayPal and credit/debit cards. To connect PayPal to your website, you need to have an active PayPal account. If you want to accept credit cards on your site, you need to be registered and approved by an online payment processing service. We can’t guarantee the approval because your website can be rejected by online payment processing services for different reasons. We recommend using Stripe (make sure it is supported in your country). Read more about payment gateways here.
Business Branded Email & Contact Information
Working with a dropshipping website, you should use email as a primary way of communication with your customers and suppliers. We will create a business branded email for you (support@yourdomain.shop/ support@yourdomain.store) and provide you with the access details. You can also provide a phone number and address that will be shown on your website. We recommend providing these details to make your store look more trustworthy.
Mailing Service
In order to send email notifications automatically, you need to register with one of the available mailing services. Notifications are sent to your customers when:
- The order has been placed on your website and paid for
- The order has been shipped
- The contact form has been filled in
Your support manager will recommend you the best mailing services. Our team will configure all the necessary settings for you.
On-Site SEO
We add SEO meta-tags to your home page. There will be a title, a description and keywords related to your niche. Our SEO specialists also take the following actions:
- Check sitemap and robots files for the proper site indexing
- Check meta-tags
- Work on social bookmarking
- Submitting your website to the indexing services of search engines
We send you a SEO report after all these steps are taken.
Please note: SEO has a long-term effect which can be seen in a few months only.
Google Analytics Integration
Google Analytics is a very useful tool for tracking your visitors and creating reports of the activity on your website. In order to integrate Google Analytics with your site, we will ask you to provide us with some information.
Currency Settings
We can help you to add any additional currency to your website. You will also be provided with the Geo Currency Location option.
Article
If you order an Ultimate or Supreme Package, we will write a Home Page Article for you.
You will get a SEO-friendly Home Page article that will help to improve your website’s search engine ranking and boost traffic.
The article consists of 350-500 words and helps your customers to understand your store niche and product range better. Also, it showcases the most popular categories and top selling products in your store.
Video
If you order an Ultimate or Supreme Package, we will create a Promo Video for you.
Your promo video will be up to 90 seconds long (its duration depends on the chosen template).
To avoid copyright issues, we use non-copyrighted music only. When your video is ready, we will add it to your YouTube channel and to your Home Page.
Please note there is no revision for this step. Make sure you check all the templates and give us the final decision before we start.
Social Media
We will create and add design elements to your store pages on the most popular social media networks to make them look creative and engaging. We will also integrate social media widgets into your site.
Please note: you will need to register your social media accounts yourself because of security reasons and social networks’ policy.
Social Media Promo Tool
If you order an Ultimate or Supreme Package, we will provide you with a social media promo tool.
Social Rabbit is a promotional tool that auto-posts your products and your site content on your social media pages.
The setup includes:
– Setting up the “Poster” tool for Instagram, Pinterest, Facebook
– Adding content to your Media Gallery (50 pictures)
– Adding accounts to the “Promoter” tool in the Instagram Section
– Activating the “Poster” tool in Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest sections
– Activating the “Gallery” tool in the Facebook section
ADD-ONS
If you order Supreme Package, we will also provide you with additional tools. We will install and setup the following add-ons for you.
Abandoned Cart add-on
With this add-on, you can remind your customers about the products they have added to their shopping carts, but did not buy, and encourage them to complete their purchases. Please note: Abandoned Cart add-on requires a mailing service configured according to these instructions.
Urgency add-on:
This add-on includes three features:
- Cart Timer: you can set a special ‘urgent’ message on your Cart page
- Trust Badges: you can add trust badges to your Checkout page
- Social Proof: you can add special icons to each of your products to let your store visitors know how often people buy something at your store
Promo Banner add-on:
This add-on allows you to create attractive Banners on your site even if you have no design or coding background.
Reviews Page add-on:
This add-on allows you to create an additional store page with real-life buyers’ reviews which are imported on your site from AliExpress.
PROMOTION
Email Subscription Form Integration
We set up a subscription form in your website footer using MailChimp. With the help of this subscription form, you can collect email addresses of your site visitors to use them for your email marketing campaigns.
Lead Generation Pop-up Setup
We set up a pop-up subscription form by Mailchimp on your site. It offers a discount coupon in exchange for subscription (a person’s email address). The percentage of the discount will be discussed with you. Right after the subscription, the person’s address gets into your mailing list. Therefore, this user receives an automated email with the coupon code which can be applied during checkout.
Promo Emails Setup
We create an automated sequence of 4 promo emails featuring your store products at your choice. It’s a great way to stay in touch with your new subscribers, tell them about your products and inspire them to place their orders.
These 4 promo emails are sent to every new subscriber regardless of the time they subscribed. The first “welcome” email with a discount coupon is sent immediately, the second – in 3 days, the third – in a week, the fourth – one week later.
You can confirm the prepared promo emails to be sent by yourself, or the team can do that for you.
Social Media Posts
The team truly wants your social media accounts to look attractive and be ready to welcome customers. So, we prepare 30 engaging posts for your store pages on Twitter, Instagram, and Facebook and schedule them for posting in Social Rabbit’s Planner (1 post/day).
